2025 National and Independent Specialties Dog Entry Form

Pack Hikes, Weight Pulls, Draft Trials, Scent Trials*, Canine Good Citizen, Trick Dog, Puppy Match 
Conformation, Rally, & Obedience must be entered with BaRay Event Services

    Registration (Each dog must be on a separate registration)

    • No bitch that is 40+ days pregnant, nursing, or lactating will be allowed to enter. Bitches in heat may enter, but will follow the specific rules published for each event (see GSMDCA.org for rules)
    • No dog that is lame, has open sores or an obvious medical condition shall be allowed to enter.
    • Dogs shall have up to date vaccinations.
    • No dogs that are aggressive to humans will be allowed to enter.

    ​Pack Dog Events are a strenuous physical activity. The owner and handler of registered dog accept full responsibility for the conditioning and condition of both dog and human participant. (see GSMDCA.org for complete requirements) The Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America will not be held liable for any injuries to either dog or humans.

  • Anyone attending the National Specialty regardless of entering a dog must complete the Master Registration Form. 
  • You must complete the Dog Entry Form for any event with the exception of conformation, rally, and/or obedience. One form is needed for each dog. You will be redirected to the marketplace to make your selection to add to your cart.
